Notary Public
I serve as a third-party witness to the signing of a document after having verified the identity of the person signing. This protects against fraud and identity theft. Mortgages, deeds, powers of attorney and living wills, all require notarization.

Witness oaths, sign affidavits and certify documents to be true copies of the original.

Provincial Offences
Traffic violations (such as offences under the Highway Traffic Act, Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act or municipal by-law infractions) including: speeding tickets, seatbelt violations, careless driving, driving licence suspensions, parking infractions, driving without insurance.
Charges laid under provincial legislation such as the Environmental Protection Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, Dog Owners’ Liability Act and the Trespass to Property Act.

Small Claims
If you believe you are owed money for the return of personal property, you can sue that person or business in Small Claims Court for $35,000 or less.
You can sue for money owed under an agreement, such as:
- Goods or services sold and delivered that weren’t paid for
- Unpaid loans
- Unpaid rent
- NSF (non-sufficient funds) cheques
